These colored pencil drawings were done late 2016 early 2017, the first was a mixed media, watercolor and Prismacolor. The second is just prismacolor. Both were done on illustration board.
I first laid my water color down with a gentle wash
After that I used Prismacolor Premier colored pencil and sprayed with a fixative to remove the wax bloom
Unlike the first, this illustration was done using only Prismacolor Premier pencils. Both were around 13" and 8 1/4" inches
